📋 Terms of Service

PROHIBITED USE: Dating and Romantic Connections Cruise Connect Social is designed for friendship and group socializing ONLY. The following are STRICTLY PROHIBITED: using the app for dating or romantic purposes, soliciting romantic or sexual connections, requesting or sharing contact information for dating, any behavior that suggests romantic intent, and inappropriate or suggestive content. This app is for making FRIENDS on your cruise, not romantic partners. Violations will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to parents/guardians.

1. Acceptance of Terms By using Cruise Connect, you agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Use by anyone under 13 is strictly prohibited. You must agree to these terms before accessing any content on the app. If you do not agree, you may not use Cruise Connect.

2. Age Requirements Exclusively for users aged 13–17. Accounts outside this range are permanently removed without notice.

3. Account Responsibilities Provide accurate info, don't share your account, report compromise immediately, and maintain one account per person.

4. Acceptable Use Do NOT harass, bully, threaten, post explicit/violent content, share personal contact info, impersonate others, use commercially, hack the app, facilitate illegal activity, or post hate speech.

5. Prohibited Content Strictly prohibited (immediate account termination): any sexual content involving minors, threats of harm, self-harm promotion, others' personal info without consent, spam/phishing, objectionable content of any kind, and abusive behavior toward other users.

6. Zero Tolerance Policy Cruise Connect has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. All content is subject to moderation. Users who post objectionable content or engage in abusive behavior will be immediately removed from the platform without warning. This includes but is not limited to: hate speech, harassment, bullying, explicit content, threats, and any content inappropriate for users aged 13–17.

7. Content Moderation and Reporting All user-generated content is monitored and moderated by our admin team. Users can report objectionable content or abusive users using the ⋯ report button on any profile or message. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Reported content may be removed at any time without notice. You can also email cruiseconnectsocial@gmail.com to report concerns.

8. Blocking Abusive Users Users have the ability to block abusive or unwanted users at any time from their profile page. Blocking a user alerts our moderation team immediately so we can investigate and take appropriate action including warning, suspension, or permanent ban.

9. Moderation and Enforcement Violations may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination. Content can be removed at any time without notice. Our admin team actively monitors flagged content, reports, and block notifications to maintain a safe environment.

10. Intellectual Property © 2026 Luca Massucci. You retain ownership of your posted content but grant Cruise Connect a limited licence to display it within the app.

11. Privacy Use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at Our Privacy Policy

12. Disclaimers App provided "as is." No guarantee of availability or error-free operation. Not responsible for user-generated content or in-person meetings.

13. Limitation of Liability Luca Massucci is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of the app.

14. Changes to Terms Material changes notified via in-app alert. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
