Cruise Connect Support:

Getting Started: Download from the App Store (ages 13-17 only). Create an account, enter your parent's email for verification (green badge), then add your cruise ship and sail dates to join your group chat.

Verification: Parent didn't get the email? Check spam or request a new one in Settings. For in-person verification (gold badge), provide parent's info and our admin will coordinate meeting you in supervised areas on your cruise (optional, cosmetic only).

Safety Tools: Report messages/profiles using the three-dot menu. Block users from their profile—you won't see each other. Contact us immediately for harassment or safety concerns with screenshots.

Technical Help: Messages not sending? Check internet and restart the app. Can't see other users? Verify your ship name and sail dates match your booking exactly. Update to the latest version if crashes occur.

Account: Forgot password? Use "Forgot Password" on login. Delete account in Settings > Account > Delete Account (permanent, 30-day data removal).

Sailday Support:

Join Beta: Fill out our signup form to receive a TestFlight invite within 48 hours. Install TestFlight from App Store, then tap "View in TestFlight" in your email. Requires iOS 15.0+.

Using Features: Add countdowns with ship name and departure date. Use packing list templates or create custom lists. Log cruise ducks with location, date, and photos. Store cabin info and booking confirmations.

Beta Testing: Bugs are expected—report them via in-app feedback or email with details. Feature requests welcome! Check TestFlight regularly for updates.

Technical Help: Data not syncing? Check internet connection. Wrong countdown times? Verify device time zone in iOS Settings. Force-close app and restart for crashes.

Account: Change email in Settings > Account. Export data or delete account in Settings. Deleting is permanent.
